At Lenexa Baptist Church, we are passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission. Through local outreach, global trips and ministry partners, we live out our mission to Reach. Teach. Unleash. From local Impact Events to international trips, there are countless ways to get involved. Together, we can bring hope and the gospel to those in need.
International Prayer Requests
South Sudan

Pray that the Lord blesses all of our mission partners with safe travel and good health throughout the trip.

Pray that we let our light shine as we encourage the brothers and sisters in their walk with the Lord.

Pray for Empower One and that the churches in Juba, Yei and Nimule continue to preach the gospel in and that the South Sudanese people will believe.
Nicaragua

Pray that our team travels safely without any delays or problems.

Pray as we minister to the people in the community named after their President, Daniel Ortega.

Pray that we will see salvations and baptize new believers before we return home.

Pray for Logan Pope | Montreal, Canada
- Pray that the Lord would soften the hearts of the unbelievers in Montreal to hearing the gospel.
- Pray that the Lord would provide community and opportunities to share the gospel with those in Montreal.
- Pray that the Lord would use Logan to minister to the people and the needs of the congregation at Renaissance Church.
- Pray for Pastor Graeme Dyck and his family with the recent birth of his son, Everett Graeme Dyck.
Local & Domestic Prayer Requests
- Pray for the leaders and volunteers of our local mission partners to have wisdom, perseverance, and clarity as they serve our community.
- Lift up the Impact Events, asking for God’s provision and favor as we provide free services like haircuts, eyeglass clinics, food pantries, oil changes, and more. Pray that these events will demonstrate Christ’s love and open the door for Gospel conversations.
- Pray that those receiving help will feel loved, valued, and open to the gospel, finding hope and healing in Christ.
- Pray for continued collaboration and harmony between local churches, strengthening the collective witness of Christ’s body in the city.
