We offer in-depth specialized classes designed to give systematic training in key areas of the Christian life that will help foster spiritual maturity and readiness for ministry.

Answers to the Top 10 Objections to Christianity
Instructor: Jeff McCracken
This class is designed to give every student a basic understanding of apologetics along with the confidence and desire to defend their Christian faith and answer the most common objections to Christianity.
FAITH Evangelism
Instructor: Kelly Hughes, Associate Pastor, LBC
Through practical training and practice this course will give you the tools needed to confidently share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Visitation is a requirement for the class therefore we will end each week at approximately 7:45 pm.
Cults and the Occult
Instructor: Dr. Andy Holder
Jesus is the most important figure in human history and everyone, everywhere, at all times has something to say about Him. We'll take a look at some groups that get it very wrong such as Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Christian Science and several others. However, there are also those that outright reject God's Truth and seek power through occult practices.
Missio Dei
Instructor: Larry White, Missions Pastor, LBC
"Missio Dei" means the mission of God. Through this study, we will seek to explore God's plan for missions. What is it? Why does it exist? And what is our role in God's plan to reach the world? Through the textbook, in class discussion, prayer and reflections, each student will better understand how they can live "on mission" for God.
Old Testament Studies: Leviticus (Sanctification)

This course will provide an in-depth study on the tabernacle passages of Exodus as well as the passages concentrating on the offerings and High Holy Days in the book od Leviticus.
Old Testament Studies: Minor Prophets

This course will provide an overview of the Old Testament Minor Prophets - Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi.
Personal Disciplemaking: Making Disciples a Few at a Time

We have all been commanded to "make disciples," yet most feel ill-equipped for such a task. This course will equip you with the skills needed to personally come alongside a new or younger believer and help them mature in becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ. You will learn how to invest your life in the life of another, help them grow in their faith and equip them to disciple others.
Real World Parenting
Instructor: Brian and Sharla Richardson, High School Pastor, LBC
Parenting in the real world can be challenging. Of all the assignments God will give you during your time on earth, none may be more sacred than the task of raising your children. While there are no perfect parents, there are steps you can take to ensure that your child's faith will sustain for a lifetime and your relationship with them will be strong and flourishing. This course equip you to nurture a healthy eternal perspective that will help your child weather the storms of life. The National Real World Conference material is designed for parents of school age children and teenagers alike.
Worship: The Great Commandment

This class focuses on defining Biblical Worship and building a Worship lifestyle. This is not a Music course but rather a study on building habits of praise, confession, thanksgiving and intimate communion with God in your life as a believer. The course is ten weeks and scheduled to conclude on May 2nd.
